-Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing, drain plugs available
- Food contact sanitizer buckets with wiping clothes registered at 300 ppm QUATs
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner, scoop is stored outside
Note: some minor water pooling below the ice machine, work order is in place to investigate the pooling. Pooling water is cleaned on a daily basis.
