Routine Inspection - All cooler units registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C - Freezer units registered a temperature at or below - 18 deg C - All hot holding registered a temperature at or above 60 deg C - Handwashing station supplied with hot and cold running water liquid soap and paper towel -Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing, drain plugs available - Food contact sanitizer buckets with wiping clothes registered at 300 ppm QUATs - Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner, scoop is stored outside Note: some minor water pooling below the ice machine, work order is in place to investigate the pooling.
