Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fried items observed being stored at room temperature. Deep fryer batter observed stored at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): Deep fried items relocated to coolers as was the batter. If you want to keep the batter out, place into an ice bath. If not once used it must immediately be stored back into the cooler.

Observation: Dishwasher observed to be dispensing 0ppm chlorine into the final rinse. Dishwasher is closed.
Corrective Action(s): Staff instructed to immediately rewash all utensils in the premises and to carry out the 3 compartment sink method when warewashing. Restaurant cannot open on Tuesday November 8 if dishwasher has not been repaired. Follow up inspection to be conducted in the morning of Tuesday November 8. Set up daily monitoring log for the dishwasher.
