Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, quats sanitizer in bottles for use in the main kitchen and 2 satellite kitchens 0ppm quats. Note: bleach sanitizer diluted to 200-400ppm is used in the Camellia Court ward.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation of the main kitchen and food service fromt he satellite kitchen a 200ppm quats or 100-200ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use at all times. Staff refilled all bottles with 200ppm quats.

Kitchen:
Designated hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing system.
Dishwasher registers 78 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Dry storage room clean and organized.
Walk in cooler at 2-3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -17 degrees C.
Hot foods are prepared then placed in cambros for transport to various satellite kitchens for service. Including all cold potentially hazardous foods all foods are served with 2 hours.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in hallway on main floor.
