Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available. Staffs mention that they sometimes mix it. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): 100ppm santiizer must be available daily in order to sanitize food contact surfaces. Staff mixed it immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels in the handsink at the back.
Corrective Action(s): Owner refilled immediately. Ensure there is always soap and paper towel equipped at each handwashing station.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1) Mug being used to dispense chocolate fudge. 2) Boxes of bread (open) being stored on the floor and were going to be made into bread crumbs.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Obtain a proper dispenser such as scoop or ladle so that the handle part is not stored in food and open to contamination from hand. 2) Owner placed a crate on the bottom so that the boxes of bread are not stored directly on the floor. Remember to store food 6 inches off the ground.

Observation: Some build up and food debris, spider webs accumulated on floor of walk-in freezer, and floor beneath bulk food shelving units. Glass cooler also needs to be cleaned.
