- Ventilation canopy has been professionally cleaned (April 25, 2018 by A1 - Steam Pressure). Next appointment is in October 2018. **Reminder that baffles must be maintained in sanitary conditions in between scheduled professional cleanings.
- Cooler used for dry storage - all bins are now stored on higher shelves, as one of the doors does not properly close. Good - do not store any food items on the bottom of this cooler.
- No new droppings observed at time of inspection. **Ensure to send copies of monthly pest control reports to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca.
- Continue monitoring daily for pest droppings and clean and sanitize as needed.
- All issues from routine inspection on April 12, 2018 have been addressed.
