Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bakery production area is lacking utility sinks for food purposes -workers are using the present designated two handsinks there for that purpose. As well the two present handsinks are sized as utility sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Place two handsinks of suitable size next to the two present sinks (use for utility purposes once handsinks installed) in the bakery section (handsinks should be small in stature for handwashing only such as you have in the mechanical dishpit room).

A splashguard between the sinks will be needed if adjacent to each other
