Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Grain is received pre-milled and stored in secondary storage warehouse along with finished product. All items stored off the floor on pallets. Recommend contracting pest control services in storage warehhouse.
Grain is made into mash, fermented, distilled, then blending with UV/RO treated water.
Equipment cleaned and sanitized with caustic chemical agents. MSDS sheets onsite.

Foodsafety and sanitation plans received.

Note: sampling into disposable single use cups.

Tasting area and front reception area washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
