Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units <4C and equipped with thermometers Freezer unit at -18C. All hand washing stations satisfactory 3-compartment sink satisfactory. Bleach (chlorine) used as sanitizer. Chlorine concentration was approximately at 200ppm. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. no pest activity noted general sanitation was satisfactory. Hand delivered health permit to operator.
