Observation: A thorough cleaning is required.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all the grease build-up under the cooking equipment; scrub and clean the outside of all the dry storage bins; clean the fan grate in the walk-in cooler; clean around the back hand sink.

General observations:
Walk-in cooler was 4 degC
Pop cooler was 2 degC
Small chest freezer was -19 degC
Large chest freezer (upstairs storage unit #10) was -21 degC
Foods in the hot holding display unit were above 60 degC
Hand sinks were fully equipped. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING IN THE BACK HANDSINK. IT MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR HANDWASHING AT ALL TIMES.
Bleach sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths was 200ppm
