Follow up inspection: The meat slicer has been moved away from the dishwasher. Some cleaning has taken place. Professional cleaning is scheduled for underneath the cook line next week. Most foods are in pest proof containers. Ensure that all foods are stored in pest proof container by the end of the day today.
