COMMENTS:
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 100ppm Chlorine
- Cooler temperatures at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezer temperatures at less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot holding units at temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- No evidence of pests

NOTE: Health inspector inspected new cooking unit for doughnut preparation. Addition meets with approved floorplans. Ensure facility has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to commencement of new items

Health Inspector to return in one week to assess sanitation. Sanitation needs to improve greatly. The addition of new menu items is based on operator compliance: In order for new menu items to be accepted by Fraser Health Authority the sanitation of the facility must improve. If the current, unacceptable condition of sanitation continues the addition of new menu items will not be permitted.

Ensure all staff are aware of where sanitizer is and how to use it.
Ensure ice is routinely placed on creamers.
