Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CEGSY3 conducted: Pizza dough is no longer covered using a garbage bag. Hot holding unit equipped with thermometer. Hot held pizza kept at 60C or higher. Hand washing sink is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All foods covered adequately. Missing window panels in the front door is covered. Sanitation behind the chest freezer and in the hot water tank room improved greatly. Food contact surface sanitizer bottles are labelled adequately.
