Follow-up inspection: -walk in cooler fan cover, tubes, and walls have been cleaned *fan cover will need to be removed and cleaned further (scrub between grate squares and sanitize in bleach water) *monitor walk in cooler for mould and dust build up -rubber seals on doors of front two Pepsi coolers have been cleaned -ice machine has been cleaned -wire racks that were rusted in Pepsi "beer" cooler in bar area have been replaced and are lined with mats
