Corrective Action(s): Issue called in for chemical representative to adjust. For now, QUAT is being manually dispensed and diluted to the correct concentration for use as a food contact surface sanitizer. Violation Score: 5

Pink organic buildup noted in the interior of the ice machine. 2. Dried on food soil noted on the blade of the can opener. Correction: Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time. Date to be corrected by: December 17, 2023

Follow-up to report# KLAI-CYJQFU Interior of the ice machine now noted in a sanitary condition. Can opener also noted sanitary. Did not observe inappropriate dispensers stored within and used for dispensing bulk food items.
