Follow up inspection conducted: -Garbage receptacles available at all handsinks. -Dump sink is fixed and hot/cold running water available. -Air intake vent is covered with screen. -Quats sanitizer at three compartment sink is at 200ppm quats. NOTE: Sanitizer dispensers in mop sink closet is dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid which is not approved food contact surface sanitizer, further review is required. Ensure that quats sanitizer (200ppm) from three compartment sink dispenser is used as food contact surface sanitizer. Area EHO will review the concentration & efficiency of other chemical. -Construction is not complete at front/main entrance and is not accessible. Follow up inspection to be conducted. *Health Approval is NOT granted.
