Kitchen Sliding Glass Cooler - do not store any foods within this cooler. If potentially hazardous foods are placed in this cooler, they must be discarded within 2 hours

Tropicana Cooler - Use an ice/water bath for potentially hazardous foods. Ensure that the foods are stored in the walk-in cooler at closing. Foods moved at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace coolers. They must be able to achieve and maintain 4C.

- Tropicana cooler measured approximately 10C

- Kitchen sliding glass cooler gaskets were repaired for better seal, refrigerant topped up as per staff, but not reaching required temperature
- Tropicana cooler will need repair again
