Issues/ outstanding violations noted during the follow-up inspection - to be evaluated during the next routine inspection:
Bleach with comet disinfectant was noted in spray bottles available throughout the prep area. After reviewing the manufacturer's label, this disinfectant is not a food grade disinfectant. QUAT sanitizer was available at the chemical dispenser area and 400 PPM QUAT was detected from the dispenser (Manager has test strips available). Manager changed out all the spray bottles containing Bleach with comet disinfectant with the QUAT sanitizer and will be using QUAT for sanitizing food contact items, including tables, going forward.
The Chaat section of the buffet was missing sneeze guard. As per Manager, sneeze guard is on order.
Debris still noted on the top of the dish machine. Please ensure a deep cleaning is conducted on the machine and maintain cleanliness of this machine as per your Sanitation Plan thereafter.
