- Pizza prep cooler was measurec at 6C(bottom shelve) and 7-8C (top inserts)
Corrective Action(s): - Adjusted the setting for pizza prep and walk-in cooler, temperature lowered down to less than 4C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cloth towel hanging next to the hands sinnk in the back area

- Handsinks in the kitchen and washroom are all supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Freezer measured at -13C
NOTE: Quats sanitizer in a spray bottle measured greater than 200ppm quats. Make fresh solution as per manufacturer's specifications. Store cleaning cloth in sanitizer solution
- Hot holding unit for pizza measured at less than 56C. Pizza was left in less than hour ago. NOTE: MAintain adequate logs for hot holding unit and set a timer next to it
- Three compartment sink and a prep sink is available
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: The facility is now starting preparing curries and other Indian menu items. Floor plans were approved at the time of initial approval. Foodsafety plan and sanitation plan are received for indian menu.
