Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Internal temperature of dairy products (milk) in the sliding door cooler were measured at 6 - 6.1C. Dairy products in this cooler to be relocated to an another working cooler.

Observation: Ambient air temperature of the sliding door cooler was measured at 7C. Temperature log from the first week of September showed 5-7C.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust the setting or have it serviced. The cooler must be able to keep foods at or below 4C. Correct this by: today.

Observation: Verification required for onsite staff's FoodSafe Level 1 certificate or its equivalent certificate. The operator informed the inspector over the phone that he will submit a certificate over the email.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 78.4C at the plate level.
All coolers measured at 4C or less (one exception in the violation section).
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
General food storage practice is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
