Routine inspection - Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.Wall back splash behind the sink has been peeled and requires repair. Ensure to repair and maintain back splash so that it is easy to clean. - All Cooling units measured at or below 4 degree C (40F). Freezers measured at or below -18 degree C(0F). - Dishwasher final rinse water registered at 71 degree C. Ensure to check and Keep records! - No hot holding noted at this date. - Food Fryer baskets were clean and maintained. - Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle. 100-200 ppm chlorine residue detected in sanitizer. Bottle is properly labeled. Cutting board and other food contact surfaces washed and sanitized frequently. - General sanitation is satisfactory.
