- Premises roasts and bulk packages coffee beans for distribution to cafes and restaurants.

- Handwash station and staff washroom sink are provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing.
- Chlorine bleach available for sanitizing. (100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution = 1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water)
- General sanitation appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Bay door and back door appear tightly sealed when closed to prevent potential pest entry.
- Holes in wall by stairs leading from mezzanine area has been sealed.
- Organize and minimize miscellaneous items stored near bay doors to avoid potential pest harbourage.
- Continue to monitor for pest activity and take corrective actions if new and/ or increased pest activity is observed.

**Install light covers and/ or shatterproof sleeves for light fixtures above coffee roaster and storage areas.
