Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # RWOG-CV8TR2 of Aug-31-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Mould growth noted inside pop machine at ice nozzle. Staff are unable to take apart machine and clean this area. Staff stated that maintenance comes every 6 months to clean. Correction: Increase frequency of maintenance periods, or adjust machine so that staff are able to clean it at store level.
