Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74.7C final rinse temperature. Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Food observed to be dated. Utensils are cleaned and sanitized every 30 minutes. Cleaning frequency is time-tracked. No signs of pests observed. Pest Control Company contracted monthly. Recent pest report (November 15, 2022) observed to have no rodent activity inside the facility. NOTE: Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized daily. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
