*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 25, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4XTNN) - Walk-in cooler has been repaired. Ambient temperature at < or = 4C. - Screen door has been repaired and is in use - 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available at three compartment sink and in bucket with wiping cloths - Hand washing stations are supplied with paper towels *Keep temperature logs for all coolers and freezers from now on. Record the temperature at least twice per day. Thank you for your effort on these improvements.
