Display cooler has now been fixed. Lowest ambient temperature reached was 2.5C. Operator may now use this cooler to store cold potentially hazardous food items.
Did not observe single-use containers or improper containers stored within and used for dispensing bulk food.

Outstanding violation that must be addressed:
Sweep, clean and sanitize the floor noted in the sushi area - to be evaluated during the next routine inspection.
