Chemical dishwasher has been repaired achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle. Test strips available on site, ensure to use strips daily to test dishwasher sanitizer.
Discussed the display cooler beside the cashier. This cooler is not able to maintain consistent temperatures of <4 deg C (it is consistently at 6-7 deg C). Owner was on site at time of inspection. Nanaimo Bars were all moved to a working cooler (these bars arrive in bulk in a package that says: Keep Refrigerated). One bar will be left as display only and will be marked as such.
Note: Any pastries that you buy in bulk and place in this cooler must not require refrigeration, or they will be discarded.
