- Two sandwich coolers measured 8C and 7C at the time of inspection.**Ensure to monitor the temperatures to confirm that 4C is reached within the next 2 hours. If not, immediately discard all potentially hazardous foods and have the coolers serviced.
- Foods in hot holding measured 60C
- High temp dishwasher measured >77C at plate's surface
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Freezer measured <-18C
- FOOSAFE level 1 certified staff present
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection

ATTENTION:
- The temperature monitoring log has been discontinued since last December. Resume recordkeeping of temperatures for all refrigeration units.
