A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CS5UVL and the following observations were made:
- oil spill under oven observed to be cleaned up
- Problem identified, oven seems to leak during the cleaning cycle.
- Operator reports they added oil monitoring and clean up procedure after every cleaning cycle scheduled part of end of day cleaning steps.
- All violations resolved
