Observation: During the inspection no lock was observed on the shed. The shed contained items with rust on them. This is a repeat contravention from inspection #CLAN-BCKV22.

STAFFING: 12010 - CCALA s.7(1)(d) - A licensee must do all of the following: (d) appoint a manager for the community care facility.
Observation: Licensing observed that there is no current manager for the facility. Forms for a change in manager have been given to the director. In discussion with the director she stated she will become the manager for the facility and she will submit the paperwork to complete this. This is a repeat contravention from inspection #CLAN-BCKV22.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure a manager is appointed for the facility.

Observation: One staff record was reviewed. The staff record was missing documentation that the certificate was verified. This is a repeat contravention from inspection #CLAN-BCKV22.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure staff have their ECE certificates verified by the system established by the ECE registry.
