Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar cooler measure 8-9C ambient temperature. Cooler must be able to maintain 4C and below.
Corrective Action(s): All opened fruit juices and creamers discarded.
Any newly opened juices can only be stored for 4hours max and then any unused must be discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Dishwasher measure 0ppm at beginning of inspection.
- Sanitizer container appears to be empty.
Corrective Action(s): - Staff managed to change the sanitizer container and prime the lines.
- Dishwasher measure 50ppm chlorine once corrected.

Observation: - Rodent droppings observed in the basement storage area. Dry, can, chemicals, single use supplies
- All storage lifted 15cm above ground.
- Traps observed.
Corrective Action(s): - Please ensure all rodent droppings are removed as soon as it is spotted.
- Please disinfectant the area with 1part bleach to 10parts water.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Ventilation hood observed have grease and dust accumulation.
2. Clutter observed in the main kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please ensure the ventilation hood is routinely professionally cleaned.
- Staff also needs to be able to take down the ventilation hood panels to clean routinely so grease accumulation does not happen.
- Please ensure all ventilation hood panels are in place when food is being cooked.
2. Please declutter the kitchen, staff should have easy access to all parts of the kitchen. Please remove all unncessary equipment.
