Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) in bottles and sinks measured 200 ppm. Test strip available. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Pot washer final rinse temperature reached >71 deg C. (Manager commented that this equipment is not used often - i.e 2x in 2 years) Pest control in place; no signs of pests. Employee hygiene satisfactory. General sanitation was good.
