Follow up inspection conducted to verify that required corrective actions outlined in routine inspection have been completed: - Handwashing station in dishwashing area supplied with liquid soap and paper towel and available/accessible for handwashing - Ceiling and walls have been cleaned to remove dust accumulation - Edges of floor have been cleaned to remove mouse droppings. Additional cleaning completed at time of inspection in bar/beverage area and storage closet. Continue to monitor areas for any additional rodent activity. If additional droppings are present, clean up droppings promptly and sanitize area and notify Pest Control Technician as additional control measures may be required. - Copy of pest control reports for the past 3 months were submitted and reviewed. Monitoring and control measures are in place for cockroaches and rodents. Continue to maintain contract for regular service by Pest Control Technician. Ensure all recommendations are followed and a high level of sanitation is maintained. Manager showed gaps/openings which have been filled based on recommendation from Pest Control Technician. Submit report for next service (once complete) to EHO for review.
