Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in labeled spray bottle exceeded 200 ppm chlorine (test strip "bleached out").
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is always available at the correct concentration for sanitizing food contact surfaces (including incidental food contact surfaces). Bleach water sanitizer that exceeds 200 ppm chlorine may potentially lead to chemical contamination of food.

Routine health inspection conducted.
- Cooler (walk-in) at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
- No hot holding at time of inspection.
- Food is covered. Raw animal products not stored above ready-to-eat items in cooler.
- Probe thermometers available for internal food temperature checks.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 73 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Bleach available on site for sanitizing. Sanitizer was re-made during inspection and tested at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
- General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
