- BBQ Holding Case: 61.8C (max ambient temperature) - Operator advised that unit fan has been reattached so that hot air can adequately circulate.
- Sneezeguard around meat cutting block has been installed.
- Chemical dispenser tubing at vegetable prep sink has been adjusted to minimize chemical contamination.
- Edges and gaps have been sealed.

Note: Countertop surface around and adjacent to meat cutting block is not ideal - vinyl and wood underneath is susceptible to moisture ingress. A replacement to a more durable and suitable material (for commercial use) will be required when countertop is damaged due to moisture/ grease and is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
