304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Refer to Routine inspection for details. Since the routine, a part of stocks have been removed from the wall and corners have been cleaned. However, droppings have been found on wooden crates as well as under the sink along the wall where traps are. Also, operator does not know when the cleaning was performed so no monitoring can be done.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: -Two locations have been found where pests can enter/harbour:
1. Once the stocks were removed from the wall beside the sink, two large holes were identified in the wall where pests can enter the premises and/or nest
2. At the entrance to the produce area, damaged wall was identified and found mouse dropping in side the wall where the damage is.
-Still a bit of clutter remains in the produce area that needs to be organized
