- Front handsink, washroom handsinks are fully equipped. - High temperature dishwasher reached 72C at plate level during the final rinse. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Freezer at - 9C. - Bleach sanitizer available in buckets - measured at 100ppm with test strips. - 1 new large ice machine present & in sanitary condition. Existing ice machines were removed. - Operator with adequate foodsafe training present at the time of inspection. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. - Transparent display case for baked goods is available. - Tiling has been completed in the back kitchen. Flooring on the ramp is yet to be done. - Extra sink is now present at the front bar. One handsink and one prep sink available. The area in front of the new handsink is blocked by the ice machine. Handsink is within reach but it is not convenient. Operator to consider relocating of the ice machine and/or the counter table to allow minimum space in front of the handsink.
