Inspection with Vice President of Delta Fastpitch Association. ***Please close file permanently effective March 31, 2023. Permit fee no longer required to be paid as Permit to Operate a Food Service Establishment is being cancelled. Delta Fastpitch only uses this kitchen for fundraising events a few times in season (once or twice/year). Kitchen is rented for the one day event only - not renting for entire season. It has not been used this year. Currently kitchen is not in use: - fridge and freezer unplugged - annual cleaning has not been done - kitchen has two sinks with hot and cold water. VP advised that each team has one person with Food Safe Level 1 (or equivalent) training. ***Use temporary food permit/premises application to obtain a temporary food permit for any events where food is provided to the public. Exemption (Health approval not required) includes where only pre-packaged, low risk food (food that does not need to be refrigerated) from approved sources is being sold.
