Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Hot holding units were >60 degrees C.
- Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
- Quat sanitizer was in use. Solution with pizza serving utensils was a bit weak please replace sanitizer regularly as discussed.

Back storage area continues to require reorganization and repair to meet basic standards and to allow for easy access to cleaning.
