S.K. Refrigeration serviced on May 1, 2018. Service report reviewed onsite. Ice machine properly cleaned, freon replaced and fans cleaned for both coolers. Sandwich cooler is at 3C and display cooler is at 6C; thermometers available to monitor temperature. *Place the cakes from bar cooler back to display fridge once the temperature drops to 4C. Only pop and wine in the display case at time of inspection. If the temperature does not drop, please request for an additional service. E-mail update to me. **Ensure to monitor all fridge temperatures daily and request for service/discard food accordingly as discussed. Deep clean completed, sanitation is improved. Operator informed that they will be deep cleaning every 3 months..
