Batter bowls have not been recently cleaned.

Food items in cooler unit are not to be placed directly onto other food items. The bottoms of containers are not to be placed onto food items directly as this can contaminate food items.
Do not keep adding batter to old batter each day. Discard leftover batter and clean and sanitize bowls each day.

Lower shelf storing clean equipment in dishwashing area requires painting/resurfacing as mould/black food debris has accumulated on lower shelf surface. Cardboard is not suitable to cover shelf.

- Facility in GOOD sanitary condition- EXCELLENT WORK - CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THIS HIGH LEVEL OF SANITATION
- No evidence of pests - continue to be diligent as during colder months pest infestations increase
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 75.1 at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine - EXCELLENT WORK! CONTINUE TO HAVE SANITIZER SOLUTION MADE DAILY TO SANITIZE FOOD PREPARATION SURFACES
- Cooler fronts, handles and seals in good sanitary condition
