*Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 7, 2018 (Report MLOO-B87UJK)

- Hot water is available
- Hand washing stations are free from obstructions and fully equipped
- Walk-in cooler has been repaired. Ambient temperature at 0.8C.
- High temperature dishwasher has been repaired. Final rinse temperature reached 72.0C at the plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in containers with wiping cloths
- Improvements to general sanitation have been made

Note:
- Ensure all coolers and freezers are equipped with accurate thermometers. Measure the temperature twice per day and record in temperature log. Keep logs on site for review.
- Before using the dishwasher to wash equipment, ensure the rinse temperature at the gauge is at 82C or higher. Record the temperature twice per day in dishwasher log.
- Continue to clean regularly in all areas of the kitchen to prevent accumulation of food debris and grease.
