Follow-up Inspection:

-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 74.6 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate. It was mentioned that the dishwasher had been re-serviced. A temperature log was in place for the dishwasher.
-Two door cooler #17 was adjusted and it was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder. A temperature log was in place for this cooler.
-The walk-in-cooler was ~5 degrees C (after the lunch rush with a big order). Temperature logs indicated that it was 4 degrees C or less earlier today. Ensure that this cooler returns to a temperature of 4 degrees C or less later today.
