3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 200ppm bleach available for sanitizing dishes/utensils.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in bucket with wiping cloths stored inside - good.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored outside in a clean container.
Standing freezer at -20 degrees C.
Standing cooler at 4 C.
Gelato freezer at -10 C (cannot keep at -18 C due to gelato hardening).
Topping bar cooler and inserts at 4 C or below.
