Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food (coffee) is stored in a separate area from any incompatible items. Ensure that all food is properly stored off the floor to protect from potential contamination and to facilitate cleaning. Ensure that back warehouse is well organized and any items not required for business use are removed. Date to be corrected by: March 6, 2019.

Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available for hand washing.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
NSF certified domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle in place. Ensure that all dishes are washed and sanitized using the sanitizing cycle.
General sanitation satisfactory. Note: Reminder to ensure that debris (e.g. coffee debris) is cleaned routinely from front drawers and cabinets.
