Reviewed sanitizer use with wiping rags, stored in 100 ppm chlorine. raw meats stored below ready to eat food items. Reviewed - staff breaks away from food preparation areas. Food separated from chemical storage in storage locker. Reviewed safe thawing procedures. Required premise cleaning completed. 2 level steamer repaired.
