Significant improvement in sanitation has occurred -droppings have been removed, area cleaned and appears disinfected for dry storage room, kitchen line, outside employee washrooms Orkin Pest Control inspected and left work report indicating (copy obtained for file): -droppings were old -no active infestation -no rodents caught in traps As is the case with droppings it is difficult to tell if they are old or fresh therefore it is CRITICAL that you maintain adequate sanitation levels of your restaurant -any droppings observed must be cleaned and area disinfected as soon as possible. Operator to increase frequency of Pest Control visits to bi-weekly. Premise Okay to Open. A follow-up inspection will occur in 1 month.
