- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius.
- All freezers ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- chilli and mac/cheese, and hot dog /tornado hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius. Hot holding products discarded at the end of the day.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available
- food safe level 1 trained staff available
