Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manual Warewashing of blender jugs done with no sanitization step
Corrective Action(s): After washing and rinsing the equipment, sanitize using 100ppm bleach solution. Prepare bleach solution a large container by mixing one tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water. Air dry the equipment after sanitizing

Following were observed:
- Handsink at the back is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. NOTE: Have a pump dispenser to dispense liquid soap
- Glass cooler less than 4C
- Freezer at -15C
- Dipper well in place
- General sanitation satisfactory

NOTE: Sanitize counter tops and work surfaces with 100ppm bleach solution .
