Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - All coolers recorded at or below 4C - Freezers at or below -18C - Hot holding units in the front service area recorded above 60C - Handwash sink in the front and in back kitchen had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing. - 200ppm recorded at the dispensing unit and in spray bottle. - Veggie dicer and other food contact surfaces maintained in good sanitary condition. - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Exp August 2027) Please keep a copy of staff FOODSAFE certificates on site.
