Perishable items (juice, cut vegetables/fruits) were also stored in this cooler.

Observation: 1. Scoops (with and without handles) observed to be stored in containers of food (flour, rice). Potential contamination when staff touches food when reaching for scoop or if scoop falls into the food.

2. Various containers (cambros, metal and plastic) stacked on shelf while still wet. Stacked equipement cannot dry quickly when stacked which may promote the growth of bacteria and mold.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove scoops and do not store in food containers. Scoops are to be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
